Grief is a part of the human experience and a skill that we cultivate. We cannot do it completely alone and yet we often are missing a community that can witness and support us. We welcome you into a 12 week long container to hold and support our grief together in a non-judgemental and compassionate space. We offer 6 classes, every 2 weeks over the course of 12 weeks so that there is time to process and sit with the material. We will practice some of the grief skills needed on this journey through somatic exercises, meditation, ritual, and writing.
Grief is as individual as the person grieving, please know that you are welcome here no matter the nature of your grief and loss.
