"Embodiment & Boundaries" - Movement and Practices for Trauma Recovery
Join me for this 6 week in-person course to explore inhabiting ourselves fully and moving through the stuck patterns of trauma and chronic stress. Using the chakra system as a foundation for our exploration, we uncover and re-map areas of the body while exploring themes of safety, boundaries, power within (as opposed to power over), attachment, grounding, compassion, expression and self reflection.
During the course of 12 weeks (class is every 2 weeks) we will practice restorative yoga, gentle movements, somatic exercises, writing, meditations and partner work.
